What is Shared Branching?

What do I need to bring with me when I visit the Shared Branch in order to have them process my transaction?:
When you go into a shared branch, be prepared to bring a valid state issued picture ID, along with your member number. The branch will pull up your accounts and assist you with any transactions. Some branches have limits on the amount of cash you can withdraw at a time, so please check with that institution on what their limits are when you call to confirm that they are indeed still in our network.
What can't be done at a shared branch?
In order to send a wire you must visit an Excite Credit Union branch. However, you can log into your online banking and send us a secure message along with the wire form on our website. Please search Wire Transfer for more information.

Please also note that due to Covid some branches may have chosen not to participate in the Co-op shared branch network anymore. We recommend that you call the branch that you are wanting to visit to transact your business with and make sure they still accept Excite Credit Union transactions. (When searching you will get the address and phone number of a branch.)
