You may register for this service or simply click on Express Pay and it will walk you through the easy steps. There is no fee to use this service. If you prefer to make a payment over the phone instead, we would be happy to take the payment for you by calling 800-232-8669. There is currently no fee to pay by phone.
NOTE: If you are trying to do a payoff on your loan, you would have to call us to take your payment over the phone. We can process the payoff as long as it is not more than $2500 if you are using your external bank debit card or no more than $5000 if you are using the account and routing number for an external account. We can do a transfer from your Excite account to the loan to process the payoff for you.
