A stop payment form will populate once you go through the identity questions. This will allow only the named member to be able to pass the questions and then they can complete the form and electronically sign if necessary.
Please note that we process stop payments for an Excite On-Us Check by check number. If you have an ACH/Electronic payment being pulled by a merchant, you will complete the ACH Stop Payment Section of this form.
