You may request a credit line increase at any time via our online website portal or mobile app.
If you use our website, www.excitecu.org, simply click on the Apply for a loan link (see screenshots below) then click the Credit Cards button, and finally click on the Line Increase button and submit your information. Your application will be reviewed within 48-72 hours and you will be contacted via email or phone call with a decision.
Alternately if you use our mobile app, you can apply from within the app as well by taping on the New Acct/Loan button at the bottom of the app screen, then Credit Cards, Line Increase.
