*Please remember this is a service you must qualify for, and it can take 24 to 48 hours for that to happen provided you meet the requirements listed in the 3rd paragraph above.

Please also note if you call and tell us you want to opt out of this coverage, we can remove the debit card from this coverage. To fully opt out of this program, you would need to complete the form (link above)
