We are unable to post your Direct Deposit until we receive the electronic file (“tape”) from the Federal Reserve.


Direct deposit files are received daily from the Federal Reserve during the following timeframes:

  • Between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. EST
  • Between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST
  • Between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. EST


Once the file is received, deposits are processed accordingly.
