Loan Payoff Information
To complete a loan payoff, please contact us so we can process the payment over the phone.
We can accept payoff payments using:
- An external debit card for amounts up to $2,500, or
- An external account and routing number for amounts up to $5,000
If you prefer, we can also process the payoff by transferring funds directly from your Excite Credit Union account to your loan.

If you are wanting to pay off your loan and none of the options above work for you, you may present a check at a branch, mail it in, or you may wire the funds to your loan account.
